Release the tension your face is holding
A guided self-practice system that helps you understand and release facial and body tension through self-massage, movement, and awareness. Built on 15+ years of clinical experience.
Built to undo years of held tension.
Release facial tension, improve body awareness, and build sustainable self-care habits through guided practice.
If any of this sounds familiar…
Most of what shows up on the face — heaviness, puffiness, asymmetry — is held in muscle tension that started somewhere else. The jaw. The neck. The temples. The way you hold your phone for 9 hours a day.
- You clench your jaw — sometimes you don't even notice until you do
- You wake up with a puffy face that takes hours to settle
- Tension headaches starting at your temples by 3pm
- Your face looks tired in photos even when you're rested
- Your shoulders live somewhere near your ears
- You've tried face yoga and it didn't quite do it
The body and emotional state
are one unified system,
not two separate processes.
Most people focus on isolated symptoms — a tight jaw, facial tension, headaches, puffiness, poor posture, or chronic muscle tightness.
The MYO Method takes a different approach.
We view the body as one interconnected system where muscles, fascia, the nervous system, lymphatic flow, movement patterns, emotions, and daily habits continuously influence one another.
Many tension patterns are shaped not only by physical strain, but also by stress, emotional experiences, and repetitive routines that become deeply ingrained over time.
- Chronic muscle tension becoming the body's normal state
- Reduced awareness of stress and tension patterns
- The face and body reflecting accumulated habits rather than present conditions
The MYO Method is not about chasing symptoms or fixing isolated areas.
It is about restoring connection, understanding the patterns behind tension, and creating lasting change throughout the entire system.
Real people. Real practice. No filters.
Results shown are individual examples and may vary from person to person.
Trusted by thousands of students and clients worldwide.
What Every Lesson Includes
Every lesson starts with understanding — what's happening in the muscles, where the tension lives, and why it affects more than just your face.
The hands-on part. Natalia guides you through each technique step by step. Just follow along — no tools, no setup, just your hands.
A short integration at the end. This is where the nervous system processes the release and the body holds the new pattern.

Your experience will be individual.
Every face has a different history of tension, posture, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and movement patterns.
The MYO Method is designed to help you better understand your face and body, learn self-release techniques, and build a consistent self-care practice over time.
This program does not guarantee specific cosmetic, medical, or therapeutic outcomes.
Consistency is more important than intensity.

Consistency matters more than intensity. Over time, many people notice gradual changes in how their face feels and looks.

Face yoga can be a valuable part of a facial self-care practice.
The MYO Method takes a broader approach by addressing not only the face, but also muscles, fascia, posture, movement patterns, the nervous system, lymphatic flow, and the underlying tension patterns that influence how the face looks and feels.
Depending on the lesson, facial exercises and face yoga techniques may also be incorporated as part of the overall method.
Please avoid this lesson if you currently have:
• recent facial surgery or facial injections
• active eye inflammation, irritation, or infection
• fever or any active infection in the body
• acute migraine or severe headache episode
• significant jaw or dental pain without professional clearance
• any condition where self-massage may not be appropriate unless approved by your healthcare provider
