This is not face yoga. This is not a beauty tutorial.
When jaw tension releases — the muscles pulling your face down finally let go. People often notice a lifted, younger-looking appearance and less puffiness — not because we targeted the face directly, but because we removed what was holding it down
15 years of practice
Throughout my journey, I've studied and integrated multiple approaches: from classical massage to fascial release, from deep tissue work to gentle nervous system regulation. This diversity of methods allowed me to see what truly works — and why.
Every element of this course has been tested, refined, and shaped through years of real practice with clients and in my own work.
This is not a random collection of techniques. It's a carefully structured system built on a deep understanding of the face–body connection — created to share everything I've learned along the way.
This lesson is for you if you feel:
✓ jaw tension, clenching, or TMJ discomfort
✓ tension radiating to temples, ears, or back of the head
✓ tension-related headaches
✓ facial asymmetry or tight facial expression
✓ puffiness in the lower face
✓ chronic neck and shoulder tension
✓ discomfort in the upper chest area
*Important note
This lesson is educational in nature.Sensations and experiences are individual and depend on anatomy, habits, and consistency of practice. This content does not replace medical or dental care and does not guarantee specific results.
This Is the Foundation of All Facial Work
Under-eye puffiness
Drooping brows
Nasolabial folds
Marionette lines
Facial asymmetry
Loss of definition
This lesson is not only for people who feel jaw tension or tightness in the forehead, temples, or neck.
It is the foundational step for anyone who wants to improve their face regardless of the specific concern.
No matter what you want to change you begin here. Facial transformation always starts with the large structural muscles of the head and neck.
These muscles form the support system of the face. Think of them as the frame of a painting. The smaller facial muscles around the eyes, nose, lips, and cheeks are the picture inside that frame. If the frame is tense, compressed, or uneven, the picture cannot settle properly.
Working only on small muscles without addressing the larger support system leads to incomplete or temporary results.
This lesson builds the structural base first. Only after this foundation is restored does detailed facial work become truly effective.
Lesson Structure:
Theory
5-7 minutes
1. How emotions turn into muscle spasms
2. Where the masseter, temporal muscle, and TMJ are located
3. Why the jaw is connected to the neck, ear area, and even breathing
Practice
12-15 minutes
1. Head aponeurosis and temporal area—creating mobility
2. Temporal muscle—learning to feel micro-movements
3. Ear area—gentle stimulation of forgotten tissues
4. Masseter muscle—relaxation along anatomical landmarks
5. Neck (SCM)—restoring connection between jaw and entire body
6. Buccal technique (optional)—for experienced practitioners only3-5 minutes
Integration is the most important part. Here the nervous system transitions from "control" mode to "trust" mode. Here the body remembers a new pattern.
Meditation

Myo Face & Body Connection — Method Philosophy
The Face & Body Connection method is based on a simple, yet often forgotten idea:
the body and emotional state are one unified system, not two separate processes.
In everyday life, most people gradually lose contact with their own bodies. We become used to ignoring its signals — tension, fatigue, compression, shallow breathing — and continue functioning on “autopilot,” without realizing that the body is constantly communicating with us.
Over time, this can lead to:
• the level of internal stress no longer being consciously felt,
• muscular tension becoming habitual and persistent,
• the face and body reflecting not the present moment, but accumulated reactions from the past.
Our method is not about “fixing” the body.
It is about restoring connection — learning to notice the body’s signals, understand them, and respond to them gently and consciously.
