Thank you for purchasing professional educational trainings, workshops, programs, and digital content from AlNikFix Inc., doing business as MYO Massage Method™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

This Refund Policy applies to:

Live online trainings

Live in-person trainings

Group trainings

One-on-one trainings

Recorded digital trainings

Replay access

Professional workshops

Digital educational materials

Any related products or services provided by the Company

By completing a purchase, registration, or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. LIVE ONLINE AND IN-PERSON TRAININGS

This section applies to:

Live online trainings

Live in-person trainings

Group trainings

One-on-one trainings

Scheduled workshops

Trainings conducted on specific announced dates

Because participant spots, instructor time, scheduling commitments, and operational preparation are reserved in advance, refunds for live trainings are subject to the following cancellation schedule.

1.1 Full Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund if your cancellation request is submitted at least seven (7) full calendar days before the scheduled training date.

1.2 Partial Refund Eligibility

If your cancellation request is submitted between six (6) and three (3) calendar days before the scheduled training date, you may receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of the amount paid.

The remaining fifty percent (50%) is retained to help cover administrative costs, payment processing fees, reserved participant space, instructor scheduling commitments, preparation time, and other operational expenses associated with holding your training spot.

1.3 No Refund Eligibility

If a cancellation request is submitted less than three (3) calendar days before the scheduled training date, no refund will be provided under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.

This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance, including but not limited to:

Personal circumstances

Illness or medical issues

Family emergencies

Travel disruptions or delays

Visa or transportation issues

Scheduling conflicts

Work-related obligations

Failure to arrange a required model or practice partner

Internet connection problems

Technical difficulties

Device incompatibility

Software or platform issues on the participant’s side

Failure to check emails or training instructions

Time zone confusion or scheduling mistakes

Failure to join the session on time

Partial attendance

Missed sessions

No-shows

Any other personal, professional, logistical, or technical reason

Reserved training spots, instructor time, scheduling commitments, and operational preparation cannot typically be replaced or recovered on short notice.

Accordingly, participants understand and agree that no refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling are guaranteed for cancellations or non-attendance occurring less than three (3) calendar days before the scheduled training date.

1.4 One-on-One Training Sessions

For one-on-one trainings, consultations, or privately scheduled sessions:

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve the scheduled training time

Rescheduling may be offered at the Company’s discretion and subject to availability

Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable

Late arrivals may shorten the session length without refund or extension

1.5 Reservation of Training Spot

Full payment is required at the time of registration in order to reserve participation in a live training, workshop, private training, or scheduled session.

For certain trainings, our team may contact participants after registration to coordinate scheduling details, confirm participation, and provide required participation documents, agreements, waivers, disclosures, or training-related materials.

Where required by the Company, participation documents must be completed and signed before a participant is confirmed for attendance or granted access to the training.

Reserved participant spots and instructor time are limited and may prevent the Company from accepting other participants once registration has been completed.

1.6 Participant Responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for:

Ensuring their availability for the scheduled training

Reviewing all emails, instructions, and training information

Arranging any required model, practice partner, or materials

Ensuring proper internet connection, device compatibility, and software access

Arriving on time and remaining available for the scheduled training session

Understanding the applicable time zone and training schedule

Failure to attend, complete, access, or properly participate in a scheduled training session for any reason does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, transfer, makeup session, or rescheduling outside the cancellation terms stated in this Refund Policy.

1.7 Completion of Training Session

Once a live training session, workshop, or scheduled educational service has been conducted, completed, or substantially delivered, no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

This training is a live educational service and may include digital instructional materials, replay access, or supplementary educational materials provided before, during, or after completion.

By completing registration, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. RECORDED DIGITAL TRAININGS

Recorded digital trainings, replay products, prerecorded workshops, and digital educational products are non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access granted upon purchase:

All sales are final

No refunds will be provided

No exchanges will be provided

No credits will be provided

No partial refunds will be provided for unused access time

This applies to all recorded professional trainings, including recorded buccal massage trainings, replay access products, prerecorded workshops, downloadable materials, and similar digital educational content.

Once access to digital content has been granted, the content cannot be “returned,” revoked, or “un-accessed.”

By purchasing recorded digital content, you acknowledge that:

You are purchasing access to digital educational material

Access may be granted immediately upon payment

Digital products cannot be returned once accessed

You have reviewed the available information before purchasing

You understand and agree to this no-refund policy

3. REPLAY ACCESS

If replay access is included with a live training:

Replay access availability may be limited to the access period stated at the time of purchase

Replay access is provided as a convenience and is not guaranteed indefinitely

Replay access expiration does not create eligibility for refunds or credits

4. BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

We encourage you to:

Review any listed prerequisites or participation requirements

5. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content or participating in a live training:

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with access or technical issues.

Technical support issues do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund, particularly where the issue results from:

Your internet connection

Device compatibility

Browser compatibility
Local software or hardware issues

Failure to follow provided instructions

Time zone misunderstandings

Failure to attend the scheduled session

6. CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized or improper chargebacks are not permitted.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:

Your account or access may be suspended pending review

Access to purchased content may be revoked

Future participation in trainings may be denied

We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with your payment provider

We may provide supporting evidence to financial institutions or payment processors, including:

Proof of purchase

Checkout acceptance records

Access logs

Attendance records

Replay access records

Email communications

Delivery confirmation of digital content

7. DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the same training or product:

8. ACCESS PERIODS

Certain trainings, recordings, replays, or digital materials may include limited-time access periods.

Access periods may vary depending on the product purchased and may be stated on the product page, checkout page, or registration materials.

Unless otherwise stated:

Access expires automatically at the end of the stated access period

Expiration of access does not create eligibility for refunds, credits, or extensions

Continued access may require a new purchase

9. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

For consumers located in the European Union:

Under EU law, consumers may have the right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days.

However, for digital content and online educational materials delivered immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted, as permitted under applicable EU law, including Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Consumers located in California, Canada, or other jurisdictions may have certain mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS REFUND POLICY

The Company reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Purchases made before policy changes will generally remain governed by the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.
