By purchasing, registering for, accessing, attending, participating in, or using any Company training, course, workshop, digital product, or educational service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following terms.

All trainings, workshops, demonstrations, educational materials, and related content provided by the Company are strictly educational in nature.

The Company does not provide medical care, dental care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, healthcare services, or licensed clinical instruction.

Nothing presented during any training, course, workshop, demonstration, or educational program should be interpreted as medical, dental, psychological, therapeutic, or healthcare advice.

The Company’s trainings are not state-approved licensing programs and do not provide professional licensure, certification to practice, continuing education credits, or legal authorization to perform any technique unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by the Company.

Participants are solely responsible for determining whether attendance, observation, learning, demonstration, practice, advertising, teaching, or professional use of any technique taught by the Company is permitted within their own jurisdiction, professional license, insurance coverage, workplace policies, and applicable laws or regulations.

The Company does not verify licensing status and does not provide legal, regulatory, insurance, or scope-of-practice advice.

Completion of any training or receipt of a Certificate of Completion does not grant legal authority to practice any technique.

Intra-Oral / Buccal Technique Notice

Certain trainings may include instruction and demonstrations involving buccal, intra-oral, facial, neck, shoulder, upper-body, structural, myofascial, neuromuscular, and manual therapy-related techniques.

These techniques may involve direct physical contact, deeper tissue pressure, and intra-oral access.

Participants understand that some techniques may not be appropriate, insurable, or legally permitted in every jurisdiction, profession, or practice setting.

Participation in manual therapy-related educational training involves inherent risks.

By participating, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, observation, demonstration, hands-on practice, online participation, model participation, and post-training application of techniques.

Possible responses or risks may include, but are not limited to:

soreness or tenderness

bruising

redness or swelling

jaw or muscle fatigue

gum or oral irritation

headaches

dizziness

emotional discomfort

unexpected emotional release

aggravation of pre-existing conditions

sensitivity to pressure or positioning

discomfort associated with manual contact or bodywork techniques

Responses and outcomes vary from person to person.

Bodywork, facial work, and intra-oral/manual techniques may occasionally be accompanied by emotional responses, including crying, sadness, irritability, anxiety, discomfort, or emotional release.

Participants remain solely responsible for their own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing and for seeking appropriate licensed healthcare or mental health support if needed.

Participants are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for themselves or any model used during training.

Participation should be avoided, modified, or discontinued where contraindications, active inflammation, recent dental procedures, infections, injuries, skin conditions, significant pain, medical concerns, or other health-related limitations may be present.

Participants are responsible for consulting their own healthcare provider if necessary before participation.

sanitation conditions

internet connectivity

camera visibility

lighting

ergonomics

treatment surfaces

model selection

local compliance requirements

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring safe participation and appropriate supervision within their own environment.

Independent Professional Judgment

All practical decisions remain solely the responsibility of the participant.

This includes, but is not limited to:

whether to apply a technique

when to stop a technique

pressure depth and direction

client or model suitability

contraindication assessment

adaptation or modification of techniques

compliance with applicable laws and professional standards

The Company is not responsible for misuse, overuse, underuse, modification, interpretation, or independent application of techniques before, during, or after training.

The Company makes no guarantee regarding any specific aesthetic, structural, therapeutic, emotional, physical, professional, reputational, business, or financial outcome resulting from participation in any training or use of any technique.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless Alnik Fix Inc., DBA MYO MASSAGE METHOD, including its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, costs, expenses, or legal actions arising from or related to participation in any training, workshop, course, digital product, educational service, or use of techniques demonstrated or discussed.

This includes claims relating to:

physical responses

emotional responses

intra-oral work

model participation

manual techniques

educational demonstrations

participant misuse or application of techniques

Intellectual Property Notice

All training materials, manuals, videos, slides, diagrams, educational structures, proprietary terminology, branded methods, digital content, and related materials are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

No materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, uploaded, published, taught, resold, sublicensed, or shared without prior written permission from the Company.

Participants may not use Company materials or content to create competing educational programs or train artificial intelligence systems, datasets, or automated content-generation systems.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
